This is a Korean language and culture immersion experience designed for travelers who want to learn, explore, and practice in real life.
Each morning, you’ll join a two-hour Korean lesson led by Hoon, founder of Everyday Korean.
In the afternoon, we’ll head out into the city — visiting markets, restaurants, and famous landmarks — giving you the perfect chance to apply what you've learned that day!*While this program is designed for complete beginners, learners of all levels are welcome to join!

Arrive at your leisure and check into your hotel. In the evening, kick off your Korean adventure with a warm welcome dinner at 7pm. Meet your host, Hoon, and the Goodmate Travel tour manager, and get to know your fellow travelers over dinner. You’ll also receive an overview of the week ahead.

Start your first Korean lesson with Hoon, focusing on Greetings & Introductions. In the afternoon, dress up in traditional hanbok and stroll around the majestic Gyeongbokgung Palace with Hoon, capturing beautiful photos.

Morning class covers Shopping Essentials — learn how to ask prices, buy items, and interact with shopkeepers. Afterwards, we’ll head to trendy Seongsu-dong, Seoul’s “Brooklyn,” to shop and practice Korean in real life. We’ll end the day by relaxing along the scenic Han River, soaking in the sparkling night views of the city.

Board a VIP bus to Busan! On the way, enjoy a lesson focused on Dining Out phrases. Upon arrival at Haeundae Beach, have Busan styled lunch and check into your beautiful ocean-view hotel. In the evening, ride on the beach train and enjoy Busan’s dazzling coastline.

Start the day with a lesson on Transportation & Directions.
After lunch, explore the colorful alleyways of Gamcheon Culture Village, practicing your Korean with locals. In the evening, join a Busan Local Chef Cooking Class — a hands-on experience preparing delicious Korean dishes.

Morning lesson focuses on Socializing & Korean Etiquette. Then we head to Jeonju, Korea’s cultural heart. Take a guided walking tour through Jeonju Hanok Village, checking into a charming traditional hanok stay.

Wrap up your Korean journey with a Review & Celebration lesson in the morning. After lunch, we’ll head back to Seoul and arrive at around 4pm. Then we will say goodbye to Korea — or continue your own adventures!

Absolutely. Most of our travelers come on their own, and you’ll spend the trip with a small group of people who signed up for the same reasons you did.

Our tours offer a Small Group Experience, typically with an average of 16 participants and a maximum of 24.

During our trips, rooms are typically allocated on a twin-share basis. For solo travelers, we match them with another traveler of the same gender, as indicated by the gender marker on their application form. However, if you prefer your own private space, the option to reserve an individual room is also available on most of our trips.

You have the option to make a one-time payment or take advantage of our deposit and installment plan. To secure your reservation, a 10% deposit is required.

For cancellations made 60 days before the trip, you will receive a refund minus the non-refundable deposit, which is 10% of the total trip cost.
If you cancel between 30 and 59 days before the trip, we will refund 50% of the total trip cost.
If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before the trip, we will refund 30% of the total trip cost.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the trip.
Bookings made within 24 hours are eligible for a full refund, with a 3% deduction from the paid amount for credit card processing fees.

We will make every effort to accommodate your dietary requirements to the best of our abilities. However, in certain remote locations, it may be challenging to provide specific guarantees. If there are places on your itinerary where this may pose a challenge, we will notify you in advance. To ensure we can meet your needs, please inform us of any dietary requirements or allergies at the time of booking.
