Meet your Goodmate host at Seoul Station and ride the train to Jecheon — known as Korea’s healing city. We’ll explore Jecheon’s highlights: wander through the local market, stop at a charming café, and take in the views from the scenic cable car.
As the sun sets, we’ll head to our glamping site tucked in nature. Together, we’ll shop for fresh ingredients and fire up the grill for a welcome BBQ dinner. End the night stargazing and sharing stories around the fire — the perfect way to start this journey.Meals included: Lunch & Dinner
-
After breakfast, we’ll head to Gyeongju — the ancient capital of the Silla Kingdom and a historic center of Korean Buddhism — and enjoy a beautifully prepared traditional set meal for lunch. In the afternoon, we’ll check in at one of the region’s most breathtaking temple complexes. During your stay, you’ll experience the rhythm of monastic life — waking to dawn chanting, practicing meditation, sharing tea with monks, and savoring simple, nourishing temple meals. This day invites you to slow down, reflect, and connect deeply with Korea’s spiritual and cultural heritage.
Meals included: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner (Temple-style)
-
Today we head south to Ulsan. Known for its industry, Ulsan hides a softer side — pine forests, bamboo groves, and dramatic seaside cliffs. For lunch, we’ll try Eonyang Bulgogi, Ulsan’s signature dish: thin slices of beef grilled over charcoal for a smoky, savory flavor.
In the afternoon, we’ll stroll through Daewangam Park, where trails wind through pine trees and lead to a suspension bridge with ocean views. Afterward, enjoy a refined Ulsan-style omakase dinner and experience local nightlife together.
Meals included: Lunch & Dinner -
Our final stop is Tongyeong — a picturesque harbor city often called the “Naples of Korea.” After arrival, enjoy a full Tongyeong-style Hanjeongsik (traditional Korean full-course meal).
Explore Dongpirang Mural Village, a hillside neighborhood bursting with color and charm. Later, we’ll meet a local chef for a market tour, learning about Tongyeong’s seafood culture. We’ll wrap up the evening with a farewell dinner and celebration to toast to our journey.
Meals included: Lunch & Dinner -
After breakfast, we take a scenic drive back north. Depending on timing, we may stop for a final coffee or snack en route before arriving in Seoul by mid-afternoon — leaving you with new friends, unforgettable stories, and a deeper connection to Korea.
