Goodmate Original Winter Tour

Embrace Korea’s winter magic on a 5-day journey through snow-covered peaks, temple serenity, and cultural warmth—where adventure, nature, and connection come together in perfect harmony.

OVERVIEW

Snowbound Together is a five-day winter escape into Korea’s snowy mountains—where ski adventures, temple calm, and meaningful local experiences come together in a journey of connection and discovery.

Ski Like a Local

Your winter adventure begins with the exhilaration of carving through fresh snow at Yongpyeong Ski Resort—one of Korea’s most renowned ski destinations. Whether you're a beginner or brushing up your technique, our friendly Goodmate instructor will guide you through personalized lessons, ensuring everyone feels confident and included on the slopes. With ski lift passes and full equipment rental included, all you need to bring is a sense of adventure (and warm socks). For those who just can’t get enough, optional night skiing under the stars makes the experience even more magical.

Find Stillness at a Mountain Temple

In the heart of Odaesan’s pine forest lies Woljeongsa Temple, where you’ll leave behind the fast pace of daily life and step into a world of quiet reflection. This overnight temple stay offers a rare chance to experience Korean Buddhist culture firsthand—participating in simple monastic meals, evening rituals, and early morning meditation. It’s a peaceful contrast to the action-packed ski days, offering time to reset and reconnect with yourself and nature.

Unwind in a Traditional Korean Bathhouse

After days in the cold, there’s nothing more rewarding than relaxing in a warm Korean jimjilbang. You'll soak your muscles in hot pools, sweat it out in herbal steam rooms, and lounge like locals in pajama-clad comfort. It’s a true cultural staple—and one of the most soothing ways to wrap up a day of outdoor activity.
